should use micronized creatine, will help out some of those stomach problems. for any NOX you should take it with food, and like creatine plenty of liquids (ie water or gatorade, NOT soda). Since NOX is a vasodialor, from what I have read, it will keep you from pissing so much. I don't see how creatine will make you piss more though other than drinking so much more liquids. What makes you piss more is vasoconstrictors such as caffein (AKA diuretics). and to my knowledge creatine is not one of these, correct me if I am wrong.
