I am getting dextrose for post workout with whey. Since I have some dextrose on me (which btw is incredibly cheap) should I just get creatine monohydrate or am I better off using one of those premade ones?
I can find a pretty good one 4.3lbs jug with all the stuff like sodium , ala, and dextrose for $22 -recommended by a bro on the board. I can get 1000grams of creatine monohydrate for 25$. SO in total i would be spending 25$+5$ (for 4lbs of dextrose). total 30$.
IF i would buy the premade one, i would spend 22$, plus $5 for dextrose (post workout). I know the previous option is more enticing , yet will the premade ones make that much of a difference, considering I already supplement with dextrose? (100 gi)
