creatine question

I want to know what's the best way to take creatine, i have been using it for a week, on monday to friday, i skip the weekend because i don't workout on the weekends. I usually take 5g with a teaspoon of honey, before and after my workouts. is this good or do you guys recommend something else. I have read honey has a lot of anti-oxidents and that's why i take it, and i thought it also has alot of sucrose for transport
i appreciate your help. also should i take it with glutamime
 
Ideally creatine should be taken (5g) with your post workout shake consisting of destrose or maldextrin (simple carbs) to spike you insulin and help drive the creatine to your muscles.
Take it everyday. On days you don't work out, it should be taken earlier in the day with a carbohydrate meal.
