I want to know what's the best way to take creatine, i have been using it for a week, on monday to friday, i skip the weekend because i don't workout on the weekends. I usually take 5g with a teaspoon of honey, before and after my workouts. is this good or do you guys recommend something else. I have read honey has a lot of anti-oxidents and that's why i take it, and i thought it also has alot of sucrose for transport
