creatine -- pros? cons?

I did a search ... wow ... too many. I do searches on web sites but it mainly returns areas to buy so they are promo's.

Is there any site that is "readable" for the basic user to understand that also gives medical references of any type?

just wondering ... I use creatine on/off cycle, but cannot answer questions when asked about it.

When I decided to use Creatine... I looked to this site. for a lot of information about it. It's very informative and helpful...

I put on 10 lbs. of muscle with it... It works for some people and not for others. (Or maybe those people just aren't using it right?)
