Someone told me to take about 20mg a day of creatine throughout my cycle. He said my gains would be even better. Is that true or false. Does creatine help in a cycle.
what if one is in a cutting cycle? still recommend creatine?
I can understand it for a bulk, but doesn't it cause a bit of water retention, which isn't really desired while cutting?
or does it even matter.
Creatine doesn't cause 'water retention' in the sense that you are thinking (i think), it wont cause any bloat or anything.
It does pull water into the muscle though.
this is the main reason why I use creatine nitrate as opposed to mono... nitrate causes no water retention and gives you pumps that no other creatine gives you... I will not take anything that is going to cause me water retention so nitrate is the way to go bro... I have been using it for quite some time with excellent results...
Creatine mono def bloats me up I.... did not no that about nitrate. Is it capsules or powder?

thank you it's ef bro science that you do... save it for when you need it the most POST CYCLE your body will appreciate it way moreI always use creatine during OFF cycle periods when I really need it. I honestly cant tell much difference when I'm using it while on cycle. I havent found my gains are better when creatine and AAS are used in conjunction with one another.
