Creatine monohydrate

I know this stubject has been brought up a million times, But here we go.

I have used creatine in the past but never got any noticable result.

This time just started it today, loading phase 5g x 5 per day
Morning/Afternoon and evening- mixed with 5g L-Glutamine and 5g Glucose

Before training - mixed with 5g L-Glutamine and 20g Glucose

After training- Mixed with 5g L-Glutamine 45g Whey protein and 70g Glucose

Will this work, is there a better method, Any suggestions?

p.s. My diet is really clean, high protein, 3500+ calories per day.
Training weights 4 x per week
 
Creatine Monohydrate is the worst form of creatine you could get I would assume. Pure CEE at the AF.com is good. It's Ethyl Ester and I used it for awhile till I left my caps in the sun, in a car when it was 105 outside so it they are all melted together. If Creatine works for you, Ethyl Ester would be good because it has a MUCH higher absorption rate.
 
did a cylcle of creatine. however creatine I used had a
mixture of several different types of creatine. Took it with l-gutamine
and l-arginine. This was totally on the cheap. All three items
under $20.00. Gained 8 lbs. At end bench went up 60+lbs.
Lost 8lbs I gained, however, maintained all size and strength.
Could have gained more weight, but held back on diet to gain as little fat
as possible. I will be doing this again when winter gets here.
