creatine loop w/ DNP

overrx

New member
DNP depletes creatine that muscles have. I was wondering if any of you science people knew if creatine production is controlled by a bio-feedback loop, where too little creatine would result in an increased production. Thus, during a dnp cycle the body would up its creatine production...After DNP is removed from the body creatine production is still high resulting in an anabolic rebound /supercompensation effect.... this is not a statement, just a question of how creatine production in muscles work.

It would results in a waste of creatine and money

read the post, i did not say supplement with creatine. I asked how the amount of creatine in the cell is regulated and if it is regulated using a bio-feedback loop. my intentions for the question are only to find if after finishing a dnp cycles, are your phosphocreatine levels higher than pre-cycle levels(after glycogen recompensation)...hope this helps explain the post more

òoooooooops!

Nope, even if a bio feedback produce increasing creatine it will not help and I think it will not happen because the creatine is excreted naturally.

**Creatine Synthesis: When dietary creatine intake doesn't meet the body's needs, new creatine can also be synthesized from three amino acids; arginine, glycine and methionine. These amino acids are made available during the digestion of foods. Importantly, methionine availability sets an upper limit on creatine synthesis, since the body can not produce it on its own. Methionine must, therefore, be provided in our diets.

Since fish is one of the richest natural sources of methionine, eating fish provides both a direct source of creatine as well as an adequate supply of dietary methionine for new creatine synthesis. **

So now im wondering if you increase ur intake of methionine on a dnp cycle, your body should produce more creatine....This creatine is obvioulsy used directly as fuel for dnp. However once the cycle ceases, your body is still producing more creatine than it otherwise should. Once glycogen recompensation occurs I'm assuming that there is more creatine in your cells than you started with, which could explain the anabolic rebound effect. Does anyone have any evidence/info that would support/oppose this?
