I read the tip by a sports nutritionist to put your creatine (monohydrate in this case) into water that is the same temp as coffee or tea after it is heated up in order to better dissolve the creatine. It does seem to better dissolce the creatine into the water, but would their be any negatives to this? Does heat affect creatine or something? What do you guys think of this tip?
