Creatine good or bad with Cycle?

I know that this has been up before but what would I gain if I added creatine to my deca cycle.

I'm not too sure about taking creatine with gear... no responding to that... what i am responding to is this : dont take cell-tech, all muscletech's shit is waaaaaaaaaaay overprices and underdosed.... You don't get what you pay for.. you'd be better off buying some plain creatine mono or phosphagen (eas makes that)... that's just my opinion tho...

haven't AS been proven to enhance the uptake of creatine? i'm pretty sure i've read that. if i could only get my hands on a little AS then YES i would use creatine in conjunction. otherwise, if i had enough AS for a real cycle, i'd start taking creatine a few weeks after my cycle. i prefer phosphagenHP... works good for me.

I take the liquid Creatine from Vitol, It has 6grams of Creatine in every dropper, So I take 12grams before and 12 grams after the gym...

I cant say Ive noticed a tremendous difference..

I thinks its the sugar pill concept behind it...

But it costs 20$ a bottle and it lasts me a month so why not....

Met-rx's micronised creatien at walmart for 9.99 is da shit 40 servings if you take 5 grams a day and if you load up on 15 you still have 5 grams a day for 30 days lol. shit if i dont like stuff i take it back for refunds or switch. I like to take 15 grams a day. thw whole time lol

who ever said creatine is garbage ,im going to assume that was a joke ,other wise you have no clue ....iceman11111 I wouldnt say i gained 20 pounds or anything from the shit but .I for sure feel the benefits from it 100xs more then any of the other kinds .Ive tried them all and that one in my opinion the serum is by far the best and well worth the $ i dont pay for it .I get all my GNC supplies for free I know the manager and he hooks me up on whatever i want.

that new trac time released creatine is good. no added sugars either. dont have to load because its time released.
