Creatine Glutamine Whey gap's

Ok what time gaps should I be leaveing between Whey Creatine & L Glutamine as I now understand that they all compete for the same receptors ????

If I have my am Whey shake a 6.00 how long after should I leave before takening Creatine is a 30min period ok ???

L glutamine I was thinking of taken

I've always stacked the 3 in a shake..never had a problem growing from it..

Just use ISO AGB from the AF Store. It has the highest protein isolate content there is, it's got the highest digestibilty rating by the FDA, AND it's already go the Acetyl l Glutamine added into it. So you don't have to buy it seperately.
