Creatine, Glutamine, Amino's.... What else/What's Next?

Sorry to make two topics so soon, but oh well :)
Anyways, I'm going to cut for a few weeks, and then after I do, so as to really have the pump to lift hard again, I want to start my mass building over again with something new. I've been taking creatine, glutamine, and some amino complexes, but what can I add, or what should I take differently?
I was looking at NO2, but most say it's a waste of money. What about ZMA, should I take that instead of creatine and/or glutamine, or stack it with it?
I'm not sure if I'm ready for a prohormone like maybe 1-ad and 4-ad, 'cause at only 18 years old I don't want to mess up my growing body. maybe after I try something less drastic first i will go the proh way.
I really want something new, and if you guys think that a prohormone would be safe, I may try that. What do you guys say?

m1t is a good legal steroid... but loaded with sides

try a good multivitmin, and some fish/flax oils
 
well I've been taking Centrum as a multivitamin :)
And I've only been taking one fish oil capsule a day too. Maybe I'll up that. I try to eat real fish too.

What about V12? That seems like it would stack in good with creatine, glutamine and an amino complex. yea or nay?

And I'm not doing anabolics until I'm at least 20, I'm just not stupid enough :)
 
centrum sucks... very poor quality... cant recommend a good one because im still searching myself... GNC megaman is good quality but overprice... and has a bunch of worthless shit in it...

one fish oil cap (1g) wont do much good... try upping it to atleast 10-15g /day...

v12 is creatine with Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate... get AAK from beyond-a-century.com and save yourself some money...

glutamine is worthless... try the peptides from anabolicfitness.net
 
whats the big deal with flax/fish oils??? I mean i know its a good "fat" but why since ive been on this board,(since 2002), does it seem so popular
 
Hey, yeah, my name is way close to yours, but it's the name I used for everything online :) I don't think anyone will get confused though.

So here's my new plan so far, but I'm still looking for more!!!
Creatine
Glutamine Peptide
Good Multivitamin
Fish Oil/Flax Oil
AAK
Amino Complex


Now what else? Anything I should change?

peptides are actually better for cutting... when you're at a calorie deficit it will help preserve muscle.... though they will also help recovery somewhat...

I would drop the amino complex... a waste imo... just get some Whey Protein Concentrate/Isolate...

everything else looks pretty cool... get Micronized creatine though... faster absorbing :)
