creatine face bloat

New member
Im sure i have seen something abt this but have not been on the board for the last couple of months.

Yesterday at the gym, saw a geezer with a moon face and we just got chatting and he said he only uses creatine (yeah right).

anyhow any of u guys experienced face/cheek blaot while on creatine.

sorry if this question has already been asked

thanks

Creatine monohydrate is known to cause lots of water bloat, so yes.

If the guy you were talking to was a walking beast, then most likely he was holding a ton of water with his AS use.

I never really noticed any bloating with creatine, but that is just me.

yeah well he was on juice obviously but it intrigued me if it is possible to hold water with creatine on the face... apparently they say it holds water but i doubt it will give a moon face look alike.

definitely a YES for face bloat while on creatine... I get it all the time (all over actually)

thanks guys for the info... anyone got recommendation for a creatine brand for non bloating effect on the face or so..

I hear good things about PureCEE from the afstore. I have yet to give it a try but I am looking forward to when I do get a bottle for myself. There are tons of threads on it around the forums if you looked around. I think that I read that there is no bloat from this creatine product.

haha, oh man. And older gentleman with moon face bloat... he should know his stuff by that age damn... tell him his water intake is about down a gallon or 3.81 liters.

I've tried multiple creatine brands in the past, never got moon face. I just received PureCEE from AF, I haven't used it consitantly yet to rate it yet.

Key to avoiding most all bloats is to keep water intake very high... but under 15 liters (the max our 2 kidneys can handle / day) :)

When you start to take the CEE on a regular basis, can you post up your results with it. I am still iffy on ordering it. I just want to know what kind of strength gains you see, probably wont see anything too crazy.

Surprizingly enough... today I started back on it, popped 5 30mins before my lifting session began... obvious strength increases as well as stamina already. I did 2 extra sets than usual because I had such a sick pump.

If you've ever tried any NO2 products, it was like I was on that for 2 weeks... but right after I took it.... very strange, in a good way!

I found out recently i was supposed to split my dose in half for before and after the workout, so i'll let u know how that goes... lol.
