Creatine and Whey Protein mix after workout?

Okay I'm on anavar/methyl-dien cycle.

So i do my workout (yeah)

Wait 1 hour, to maximize fat-burning process (yeah)

Okay -- how do I take creatine? I just bought pure creatinve monohydrate today.

Do i put 20mg of creatine -- mix with whey protein and drink it?

Should i drink creatine IMMEDIATELY alone after workout. Then protein later?

Should I never mix food with creatine and wait 1 hour after creatine?

What should I do? What's the best way to handle all these variables for maximum benefit?
 
if it's a workout with weights, don't wait an hour, drink it (whey+creatine+dextrose shake) just after the workout, to take advantage of glut-4 upregulation, and stop cortisol from breaking down your muscles.

don't use 20mg (mg is milligrams of creatine, this isn't enough for a toad.. 5-10 grams would make more sense.
 
yeah. 20grams with protein after workout. freudian slip.

can't wait to see how creatine interacts with my anavar for the next 2 weeks. the audience is waiting!!!
 
20 grams is alot bro...try 5 post workout, and 5 at another point in the day...ten at one time tops.

And I agree, drink it right after your workout.

If its not from germany its FAR FAR FAR from pure. I think you shouldnt just take creatine imo without a transport system. I think American stamina is DANK! 10 grams of pure micronized creatine with alot of other good shit, im not going in detail in ingrediants but check it out its a killer product. Also alot of people take there creatine right after work out to replentish there supplys. I like taking it 20 minutes b4 work out and right after. The reason for b4 is just to get the added RAR from creatine. But the most i would take a day is 10. I stoped taken it cuz im on dbol/deca/test and it would blow me up way to much. And btw dont take your protein an hour after you work out, take it right after, thats the best time. I recommend American Whey, dude I love all there products , lol, but the shit tastes goood. Or isopure w. carbs for after work out, even GNC's 50 gram slam is pretty good. just me .02.
 
Just take plain creating monohydrate, BEFORE your workout. Same with the protein, BEFORE the workout.
