Creatine and Steroid Phases

Guys, please discuss and share your opinions.

Fact: Creatine works. It works even better with gear. Using creatine on gear can help you maximize your gains.

Fact: If you start up creatine when you're coming off, you can minimize your losses.

Now I have noticed in my own experience, that when after I start creatine, the gains seem to slow down considerably after about 8 weeks.

So I want to take advantage of both factors by dividing creatine usage into three phases.

Phase 1: Take creatine 1 week prior to, and for the first four weeks of the cycle (assuming an 8-10 week cycle). You should make great gains during this phase.

Phase 2: No creatine. Cease creatine use for the remaining 4-6 weeks of the cycle. The gear will continue to help you gain.

Phase 3: Use creatine when starting PCT and continue for 8 weeks.

In the 2nd phase, gains will slow down due to ceasing the creatine. Since gains from creatine seem to slow down after about 8 weeks, I hope to augment the effect of creatine post-cycle.


(To get the most muscle concentration of creatine, I take it with R-ALA.)
 
Works for 8 weeks? Does everyone else agree with that? I cycle it just to give body a rest from bloat but now that there is CEE I might keep running it... Does everyone else lose effects in 8 weeks? Don't mean to jack thread, just a side note...

As for your post if your theory of 8 weeks and creatine gets less effective is correct then this is a great way to use creatine on the bulk of the cycle and during pct. Very nice.
 
Sorry if that wasn't clear, I meant that I get good gains from creatine for about 8 weeks.

I notice that the gains seem to slow down considerably after about 8 weeks. ( I don't gain as quickly as I did for the first 8 weeks.)
 
thats probably the best creatine post i've ever read.
10g a day does it for me...

5g when waking up..
5g post workout.

lets not forget that creatine post cycle works REALLY well with high cals!
 
I will keep cals high post cycle and take insulin and NO Explode, and CEE.

I'm in phase 2 now, stopping creatine.

how many iu insulin?
have you done this succesfully?

the high cals, insulin, and creatine sound like 20 pounds to me..
with insane painful pumps..
 
i have never really been a fan of creatine alothough i have used it alot. never really seem to notice anything. But i will say that i have only done one cycle so far and when i came off i immediately started taking creatine ethyl ester made by alri and i didn't lose a single pound from my cycle so i do like the new CEE products
 
I go low in the slin. Like 6iu. I get massive hunger from this. rala helps to keep me insulin-sensitive.
