if you start taking creatine with a test deca cycle would creatine just add to the water wieght?

Yeah but you're going to bloat so much on the deca and test I don't think it will make much difference. Creatine is good though. I always take it, cycle or not.

What would be the difference between results? test only vs test deca cycle? ex. test e 500mg vs test e 500mg deca 300mg. How would the results differ?

Much more muscle growth with both and better sex drive. Deca by itself is a big no no. Deca kills your sex drive so test counters that to some degree.
