Creatine and Cutting?? Will it prohibit my BF% decrease?

Bros,
I posted this on the diet board and didnt get many responses. Also, I've researched this board and others quite a bit to get more information in regards to the subject. Hoping some of you can give me some answers as to whether creatine is ok while cutting if diet/workout is on target. Currently at 9% BF and trying to drop about 3% in the next month naturally. Please give me any studies/real life experience you may have. Thanks bros.
 
it won't inhibit you from losing fat. It will however make you how an extra 5-10 lbs of water which will give you the some what bloated look and prevent you from really being able to tell you losing fat, but you still will be losing fat. A few advantages is that it will keep your strength up, and it will keep your muscles from looking flat.

Still debatable. Some say the extra pounds will all be IM and none sub-q. I guess the sub-q water is to blame for the lack of definition. muscular cellular hydration may just make your muscles fuller and bigger. I'm not set yet if it does cause blur in definition or not though i'll try right after my cutter and will know within a week.
 
Intramuscular and not subcutaneous or the water will be held in the muscle and not under the skin,
 
My lower abs is really my main problem area right now. Any thoughts on whether the creatine will affect overall look or definition in this area. Any more reports out there from the day crew?
 
I have never been bloated from creatine. I believe the extra water is IM, or at least the vast majority. I can't imagine why creatine would inhibit fat loss in any way.
 
I would be real surprised to see any evidence showing that it inhibits fat loss in any way. Not taking creatine will however show how truly defined you are though...
 
water or fat it doesn't matter. both will make you loose definition. personally when i'm dieting and busting my ass, the last thing i would want to see is my efforts 'obscured' i don't care if it's water or fat.

I would agree with you to an extent about water obscuring definition. But the creatine does also make your muscles look fuller/bigger which is nice when cutting. I suppose its give and take.
 
Junk you need to pig out every once in a while, you're to damn small. Haha you crazy bastard.
