Sorry I'm posting this in the Ana board.. but I need replies..
Any cons to mixing creatine with cranberry juice? I was looking for a high glycemic drink to add it do but I had heard that some juices are actually bad to mix creatine with (acidic ones?)
Why not just use grape juice or fruit juice? I don't know what the GI is for cranberry juice, but there's a sticky at the top of the page that might tell you.
