well this is my first post so take it easy on my questions
you guys seem to have quite a bit of info
1.) what is the longest period of time you should supplement with creatine?? 2 months? should I cycle creatine intake per day? I have heard that if you take all the time your body will stop producing it naturally is this correct?
2.)anavar i have read is considered to give minimal mass gains but it cuts you up and adds strengthand is favored by power lifters is this correct?? and it is also one of the safest steroids with low toxicity? and also I heard it is pretty hard to get it as well?
