the best deal is the best creatine . i prefer caps cuz i hate mixing the stuff.
i stick with creatine monohydrate. there is a sticky posted over in the supplements forum that is a good read if u want to look through explanations of the different kinds.
i load up with 20g a day for 1 week when i first start taking it. i then drop back down to 10g, 5g pre and 5g post workout.
^^ yeah I agree - but mine is from scifit i believe - same licensed kre-alkalyn tho. no carbs neccessary to enhance absorption. seems to be absorbed as well as creatine+dextrose
The phosphagen HP is good for post workout because of the high dextrose insulin spike which is wat you want pwo. If you use it as your main creatine, you'll probably bloat but not from the Cre, from the sugar.
