a friend of mine asked me if i ever heard of Creastat. I havent but figures omeone here has.

Its a Creatine Ester. A buddy takes it and he put on some good gains with it.

I cant find anything on search or google.

anyone familiar with it?

probably like most of the other creatine ethyl esters out right now. heard most of them are great , a lot better then mono, and dont cause bloat. i think i might have heard of it. but if i do go that route ill prob check out AF stores CEE.
