I wouldn't they don't sound all that healthy.
You probably didn't recieve much of a response because no one knows exactly what cream crackers are. List the FDA label

they are square and sorta puffy looking but hard and crisp... You put marge on and whatever else youd like (cheese,ham,etc)

Gaining more muscle is my main goal... not really trying to loose an fat at the moment even though I need to. Trying get my metabolism up first.
