CrazyRussian - I Defend you about stupid threads

I am writing in defence of CrazyRussian. He's right. This board had been taken over by a bunch of fuck-wits who use their Plat membership to bomb anyone who isn't in their clique. There's about 15 people who are bullying the rest of the contributors and it has to stop. CrazyRussian is also correct in saying that if you want to behave like that - go away and form your own board. I'm sick of this and not exactly impressed by the incompetence of the Mods in putting a stop to it either. The behaviour of certain people (most of the names listed by crazyRussian) on this board is an absolute disgrace and is right on target to drive any newbees and long using members away. Sick of this and it has to stop.

Guess sometimes u just havta dig throiugh the big steaming pile of horse shit to get to the real gems (such as MY threads...and threads about sex, basically. and how to shave your ass and stuff...)

not sure what specifically someone would be looking for in a chat forum. it seems to me there either is another forum on this board that might interset you. or leave.

I'm going to jump in on all this. What people are looking for on a chatroom is a little bit of respect towards all users. The Bomb Squad just about sums up the attitude amongst certain people. If you don't agree with someone, so what, but you don't abuse the power to blacken threads. What happens next is that about 10 people form a nice little gang to intimidate everyone else. elitefitness.com are trying hard to increase membership and people upgrading to Plat and this kind of BS doesn't help one bit.

actually this rate is quite slow compared to when i first got here. you had to have very thick skin then.

well at times it gets out of hand and then it calms down. but thats why it is moderated.

like i said though, i cant say for sure because i never leave chat bit i believe there are other forums on this board that may have what your looking for.

and besides this place is free, beggars cant be choosers.

I've felt that the bombings and the tomfoolery associated with it/them had subsided quite a lot in the past 3 weeks.
What I have noticed, and it's behavior that I would classify as bullshit as well,is a rise in karma threads and threads w/o absolutely any merit at all.
sure it's a chat board,but there has been a lot of mere nuisance threads
and these push otherwise "good" threads out of the rotation

It exists so that if John wants to say Hi to Tom , Dick and Harry, he doesnt clutter up a training,diet, or gear thread.

It's a party, that's all. If you dont like the conversation in one corner of the room, then take you drink and go stand elsewhere.

But those easy instructions aren't sufficent for some people. Ignoring what you don't like requires too much maturity and self discipline. It has to be done away with entirely, especially if the other people involved don't recognize that your mommas brighest bestest lil boy and are deserving of more attention that you have received.

All the bullshit "things used to be better/these topics are annoying/this place is full of nonsense" are the most annoying threads of all.

Take your personal misery somewhere else. I come here to enjoy myself, not to watch you project your personal misery into my life. If you were otherwise happy it wouldnt bug you, and the fact that you arent isn't our problem
