Just had the hardest workout of my life, both mentally and physically. This is an awsome workout for anyon. I personally train for fighting and I have a sports performance team that I train with from crossfit and this is what we did today. Try it out. No brake in between all of this.
3 sets of:
2 thirty yard sprints and back peddles
Lunges with bench bar at 100lbs for 30 yards
keeping weight on back from lunges into 5 back squat with shoulder press
to 5 back squat without shoulder press with weight
keeping weight on for front squats with shoulder press for 5
to 5 front squat without shoulder press with weight
2 more thirty yard sprints and back peddles
then grab 35 lbs kettle bells and go into push up to a deadlift with a shrug for 10 reps
Then grab weight bar and hold above head and walk 30 yards
keep holding bar above head for over head squats for 5 reps
Then 10 pull ups on gymnist rings
then 10 ab wheels
finish with 30 yard ball crawl
INTENSE!
