has anyone done any off the wall diets ,if so, lets hear them. i was thinking for either cutting or bulking a diet consisting of......protien will be the constant 1 gram per pound of lean bodymass. ok what i was thinking was one day eat tons of carbs and protien next day eat fat and protien and just alternating, i wonder what this would do to the body. would your body be optimizing insulin one day and test and gh the next day? by the way im having great success with my eating and training now. im not dieting anymore. i lift 7 days a week and run 4 miles after i train everyday, i eat as many carbs as i want probably around 500-600 keeping fat around 50-80 and protien 220 im getting stronger and faster and calves and upper quads are really coming out from the running and im getting stronger on lifts while staying lean . my carbs are mainly from fruits and fruictose and ALOT of honey sinse its cheap and high in fruictose, i like to get alot of fruictose because it keeps liver glycogen full which gives me tons of energy for training and running everyday and fruitctose is a complex carb.
