Crashing

Look, I was on 50-100mgs EOD Test Prop running it for a grip. Was feeling great, bangin out the workouts... bla bla... no PCT.. just nolva.. was like ahh man, this aint nothin, even though I usually run PCT , I thought I slipped through the crack and got away with it... well this past saturday it was 6 weeks I was off. Now Im on EPO and my workouts are easy but I'm feeling slow when running, I'm getting weaker in the weight room on my weights, so I'm imagining that I am just not feeling the crash. Can this be? My protein intake is pretty high, I weigh 205lbs @ 5'11''. Like I'm not super slow, just feel slower. I'm waiting for these damn pins to come in so I can get back on, and then I'm getting on tren a/mast/test prop , proviron cycle for a 4 weeks and will switch over to prop for the continuing 4-8 weeks. Let me know if this is happening to me. Thanks bro's... P.S. Ive been maintaing weight now that I'm off cycle. Thanks bros
 
no hcg.. i was good all the way up until today, I had last week off because of spring break and ran with the track team back home.. I think I just shocked the muscles pretty good this past week with them track workouts (200's) and so forth. I'll update tomorrow and see if this was a bad day or if its me crashing. Plus my protien intake was not high enough over break, now that I'm back at school it will be sitting good again.
 
Today was a better day, weaker of course than when I was on but I think our workouts are just intense because I'm sorer than used to from being on but everyone is pretty sore so I'm not too worried. Ill be getting back on pretty soon and can't wait, this time I'll hit the PCT hard cause I dont like taking chances like that.

Pct doesn't really work after the fact. I would go on an HRT dose of test until you're ready for your next cycle. At your weight, 200mg ew should do.

Same thing happen to me Danymal, I def freaked out, but what Genman said is exactly right...I went with some test prop and am just about to start another cycle , after that it will be PCT HARD and I def learned my lesson I need HCG during every PCT, some guys dont but I am not one of them...good luck this season danymal

If you know what your doing, how to monitor your Blood Pressure, your crit level, and your supplements and what there usages are, your loading phase and maintanence doses you really have nothing to worry about. Im not the only one on E around here. If I didn't have a bad crit level in the first place I wouldn't need it but I'm not. Just like everyone isnt blessed with the muscles that they want or physique. Not trying to be a prick either.

Good diet and workouts can definitely offset much of the post cycle crash symptoms. If your feeling at all run down and you are planning to go back on my advice is running some HCG on that next cycle. I would think the safest route to aviod losing strength and keeping your gains would be to run Dermacrine or Myogen-ex or some other natural test booster between now and the pins coming in, then I would say hit the HCG weeks 2-3 and weeks 9-10 of your 12 week cycle. That way you bump the nat test prod twice during your cycle, Since your probly already suppressed now. Might seem like a bit much but I am bettin it will save you crashin after that next 12 week cycle is done. Listen to your body, if your feelin a bit down now you should take care of it before you crash or get sick/depressed.

you should check out this thread.I did a rather large cycle and did not use hcg for pct ether just clomid.8 months latter I my test was still lower then normal so I jumped on the derma and as you can see from the test results it did en fact help me out a lot.I feel much better in the gym now to even 2 weeks after I have stopped the derma

Why would you ever skip PCT. There's no point not to do it. If it's costs, 5000iu HCG only costs arouond $25. That's a chance not worth taking.
 
I regret it no doubt... but truth be told, money was low at the time, and stupid of me but the whole thing was unplanned, the cycle with me running only prop and everything, i only ran it like 4-6 weeks 4-6 weeks ago. I just hopped back on yesterday and already feeling better. running 50mgs eod until I get my blend which should be here by next week. Cant wait!!!
 
Don't get into the mindset that you have to be on to be strong or that you will be weaker when off. At your weight/height, you are well below any restrictions of genetic limits. Put this crap from your mind and keep training hard.

Highly androgenic compounds aside, if three months out from a cycle you're not beating lifts when on the cycle then you need to re-examine the way you handle post-cycle recovery and training.
 
Oh trust me, I'm beating lifts then while I was on, I was only maxing 305x1 while on and then I was doing 315 while off, but I just didnt feel all the way recovered. Your right though, I'm probably fine, a lot of it is all in your mind, Idk, I'm going to just go ahead and run this 50mgs eod until I get my tren blend and then run that cycle and run a solid pct.. hcg for week 2-3 and then 9-10 like my guy dmac stated. It'll be alright I think.. thanks though bro for the response
