crashing..

fuk im crashing i think.. losing most of my gains.. im on nolva and clomid(20/50).. should i drop the nolva or stay on both and up the dosage.?

You were not even taking Clomid at the time, which means you probably just received it. Continue taking the Clomid @ 50mg/d for 3-6 weeks like MP69A suggested. You can't take it for a few days and say it isn't working.

Also, nutsize is not a good indicator of recovery.

Continue the clomid and keep your diet in check. You have to expect things to not be the same as when you were taking 500mg/wk of test either, so yes, shrinkage and muscle loss will be inevitable as time passes on. However, you can continue to slow it down with proper PCT and other things available.

*quit PCt early cause my balls came back and i felt fine..

thanks bro.. its just getting to me .. all that work lost.. just nice to hear ppls ideas cause i know then been thorugh it .
 
Honestly your probaly loosing alot of water and strength is going with it. You need to dig deep and get your head in the right state of mind. Up your cals w/o hard
