cranberry capsules vs juices

which one is more effective for urinary infections? I thought about the juice but everyone says it's loaded with sugar, thanks for your advice.

it is important to read the ingredients.. it is indeed true that most cranberry drinks are full of sugars, i've seen them with HFCS and other garbage too.
