Cramps while on

I have been having some wicked cramps in my toes and calves in the last couple of days. I've been taking in alot of water and started eating 2 bananas a day for potassium. Anything else that might help?
 
You could try to get someone, or preferably a professional, to deep massage the areas for you. Although, I don't know about toes.
 
I notice the same thing when I first start a cycle. Feet cramp up fucking terribly. Try uping your water and sodium intake. Might look a little smoother for a few days , but your body will downregulate after three days and merely retain the water you need to function. Unless your doing a show, don't worry about low low sodium intake
