cramping up while doing sit ups

over the last month or so, I've been cramping up (in the abs) quite frequently while doing incline sit-ups or knee raises. I do them 2-3 times per week, and I've cramped up about 4 times in the last month. What could be causing this sudden string of cramping? What can I do to minimize it's occurance?
 
is there anything different in that time span?

Dbol can do it, so can creatine and a host of other things... lack of water etc...
 
I take creatine pre and post WO, but I've been doing that for quite some time, the cramping is recent.
 
dehydration maybe. lower potassium.

i have no idea.

this reminds me that I really need to get back on track with my abs. god i havent done any kind of anything for abs in weeks.
 
you said, recently you have been sick... could be dehydration... try pedialyte... gatorade.. etc... that might help if it is dehydration related...

is that what you suspect?

sick, me?

I drink plenty of fluids, but I don't supplement pottasium maybe I'll start. Since I've never supplemented potassium, why would this start now.

i dont think it would be potassium... escpecially this sudden... but I could be wrong...
