Cramping on ECA?

Is this normal? I've just started taking some ECA and I'm cramping like a mofo. Is cramping a common side of ephedra?

I have never had cramping like this not even on Clen.

Also quite lethargic but that could be a coincidence

Cramping yes! Lethargy depends on how your adrenals react to ephedrine, if I use it for too long then the stimulant effect is lost and lethargy kicks in. If adrenals are fresh I can go all day without eating and get alot done

Yeah kills my appetite also! I havnt been hungry at all since trying it even during fasts. I could literally not eat a thing all day long and I feel full. Great little perk while cutting!

Keep hydrated!! Drink lots of water..
