Cramping help

under

New member
Guys, can you suggest what to take to help with stop my calves from cramping, I have never been able to tense them as they cramp that badly, the next day I end up with bruises on them and I dont bruise easily. I dont cramp anywhere else ever if that helps. I have started taking vits & minerals, also pottasium daily with no help. Anything else I can try.

Are you on anything? hows your water intake? Taurine (amino) helps me with cramping due to clen sides, not sure if that would help you too..

Take a Multi-vitamin thats in a capsule form....My cramping has stopped all together....those big freaky tabs dont digest I dont care what the companies say about them.

How much potassium are you taking?

Add taurine daily.

This has been going on for years, only my calves. I can flex the F**k out of any other muscle, but just not my calves. I am taking 1 tablet of potassium daily, with 1 capsule of vit E, 1 multivit tablet as well. Stretching doesnt help at all. Would a mineral deficiency be anything to do with it, not that I know if I have one yet. Any more ideas would be great.

1 tab of potassium is usually 99mg, is that what you have? If so, you're not taking enough, you need at least 2grams ED.

I eat lots of fruit including 2 bananas every day, I drink more water than I know what to do with, but yes MR X I have the 99mg ones, so I will try to up the dose. Have you tried this with your clients, if so how did you get on. Cheers guys.

Just use higher mg potassium, either caps or powder. Most supply stores sell 10gallon buckets of potassium +/-, just read over the article I posted. You'll see the difference when you up the potassium and add daily taurine. :coffee:
