Cracked Ribs

Was wondring who had cracked ribs and how long they took to heal,and did you work out with them,i recracked the same ones on the freaking hammer strentgh machine doing back,with my chest up against the pad,any info is apreciated

Tape them up like mad and you are good to go to train, just take it easy. Be smart about it, don't do anything that will put positive or negative pressure on them.
