Couple questions

My main goal is to go from 14 percent body fat to 8 percent. My stats are below and so is my cycle i have two cycle below i dont know which one to do opions please and if too below suck can i get more advice. I have a couple questions on my cycle as well. Should i use the clen for all 4 weeks or do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off also how long should i run the t3 as well.

Stats:
Weight = 162lbs
Height = 6ft
BF= 14 percent
Cycle:
Stan : 30-40 mg a day
T3 : 50-100 mcg a day
clen : 80-140 mcg a day


Take Stanozlol = for 4weeks and then 4 weeks off
Take T3 = For 6 weeks and then off for 6 weeks
Take Clenbuterol = for 2 weeks on 2weeks off then keep going if need be.
OR
Run all three for 4 weeks.

Help please...
 
Dude...No offence but if your 6ft 14% 162 and you want to cut down to 8% BF yull be a walking skeleton. I would be more concerned about gaining weight.
 
im an endurance runner bro the lighter the better lol... what do you think about cycle which is better..
 
I honestly dont know.I know nothing about long distant running, and i dont know if any of these cycles would effect your endurance. With all that running and a proper diet, i dont see why you would need a cycle to loose weight.
 
well say i wasnt a endurance athlete. My friend told me to take them all for 4 weeks im not sure if this is right i need good info bro i know the effects of the winny joints and all clen as well with the increase of blood pressure and the effect it has on running as well. Help me out bro.
 
Have you ever taken any of those?...Not going to comment on the t-3 because i have never taken it. The winny will dry you out some and is a little harsh on your joints. Being a distant runner not sure how your knees or what ever will act towards it. And the clen if you do run it start at around 40mcg at first if you never taken it before, then you could ramp up from there. Everyone reacts different to clen and their tolerences, but that shit will give you the shakes/jitters bad.
