Couple of Questions About Oral Steroids

I used to here of kids who wanted to gain weight for football alway talk about "GOMAD" (gallon of milk a day)...seemed to do the trick, and it seems to be helping you so I would stick with it...there's not denying the simple fact if you want to get big you gotta eat big!
 
And I just wanted to add, after reading this entire post your attitude is pretty frustrating, for someone who came here for advice, you sure do a good job at talking like you know everything. Just be thankful and soak up all of the knowledge that is given to you here!

I'm new here just like you and can assure you that if keep your questions simple and don't be so quick to talk back when given advice, there will be a lot of very knowledgeable/experienced people that will help you just like they still are now
 
You need to learn how to train before you touch the AAS. "mostly compound exercises and some bicep curls" will not cut it for you, assuming your barbell squat probably looks like an obtuse knee bend (and that's IF you've ventured over to the squat rack.)
 
maybe we should be helping him instead of slammin everything he is doing. i see this all the time. so disappointing when I see people wanting help and some of us who have the knowledge resort to the thing we do. i just dont get it.

There is a reason. Go look at the threads of people that ask a question, take the advice, and thank the people that gave it and it will look very straightforward every time.

Then take a look at the people who come here asking a question, hear the advice that people give them, and then give a big "fuck you I'm going to do what I want anyway". Those threads will look very much like this one.
 
Not many people knowingly drink a gallon of a chemical called pytoestrogen every day bro. In my personal opinion, I don't think a little soy milk is going to give a noticeable change but in my case I drink a boatload lol. As I mentioned in my previous posts, I've had my diet ran through by so many people in diet and bodybuilding forums and nutritionists in real life that I don't want to have a chapter 2 of the same stuff. That's why I had this posted in the steroid section asking strictly about steroids and not about diet. However, if after 2 weeks and I don't see a noticeable change in my mass naturally with the soy milk out of my diet, I promise you I will post my diet again for all to analyze.

Honestly, there is not very convincing evidence out there that phytoestrogens are even recognized by the human body as estrogens. Not saying I don't agree with it, but the scientific community is still inconclusive on this one.

Honestly I think you need a chapter 2 of your diet because at this point, between the gallon of soy milk, the maple syrup, and all the other shit, it sounds like you should strangle all the nutritionists that gave you that advice previously.

We know you posted in the steroid forum because you were asking about steroids, but steroids have a bad reputation for a reason. The reason is because people with shitty diets, shitty training routines, and shitty work ethic abuse them because they think they're some miracle drug that can replace all of those. Thats not how this works. If you're asking about steroids and it comes to light that your diet and training routine suck, then nobody on these forums is just going to forget about it and give you advice on your juice. Why? Because then you'll just go on to feed the stereotype that has fucked up ignorant peoples view of AAS for so long.

I'm not saying that you would do this, but people do, and so its our job to correct whats wrong with your routine before permitting you to fuck around with roids. Thats why the rules require that you include all of your information.

So if youre wondering why you're getting diet and exercise advice in the steroid forum, thats why.
