Honestly I think you need a chapter 2 of your diet because at this point, between the gallon of soy milk, the maple syrup, and all the other shit, it sounds like you should strangle all the nutritionists that gave you that advice previously.
We know you posted in the steroid forum because you were asking about steroids, but steroids have a bad reputation for a reason. The reason is because people with shitty diets, shitty training routines, and shitty work ethic abuse them because they think they're some miracle drug that can replace all of those. Thats not how this works. If you're asking about steroids and it comes to light that your diet and training routine suck, then nobody on these forums is just going to forget about it and give you advice on your juice. Why? Because then you'll just go on to feed the stereotype that has fucked up ignorant peoples view of AAS for so long.
I'm not saying that you would do this, but people do, and so its our job to correct whats wrong with your routine before permitting you to fuck around with roids. Thats why the rules require that you include all of your information.
