Couple of Questions About Oral Steroids

Man I absolutely promise you that if you run a cycle, what on earth makes you think you're goin to keep any weight whatsoever? You'll drop straight back to 160, you want advice I'm giving it to you straight, you will waste your time and money and health, you'll look good while you're on and back to normal when you're off
 
I understand where you are coming from with your post, as that is common believe that if you eat a lot, you will gain wait. I've tried for a couple of weeks to eat like a madman, ~450g protein daily, 600g carbs, and literally drink a couple of cups of olive oil a day, I gained 1 pounds in 4 weeks. It was lost shortly afterward cause eating was like a full day job lol and I was force feeding myself to the point where I couldn't shove it down anymore. I knew realistically that is not something that I can sustain indefinitely. I'm an ectomorph, and I've searched all over google on an ectomorph diet and although I'm sure it has worked for some, it hasn't work for me. Not everyone is the same.

I work out every other day. I don't need to workout more often than that. You build muscle when you are resting and not at the gym. Working out just give your muscle the stimulation to hypertrophy and get stronger. That's why stay out in the sun, you don't get a tan immediately. It takes quite a while for your cells to adapt to the stress at the cellular level for you to see a noticeable change.

I really appreciate you trying to help bro, but I'm not really asking for diet or workout advice though lol. There is no one diet/workout plan fit all. Everyone is different.


why in the fuck do you keep saying your drinking olive oil? what in the hell do you think that's going to do?? fuck me! and then your giving people education on how to train??? man, come on!

Lol why lie about ur diet do u think we were born yesterday? I bet my life u didn't consume 450g protein and 600g carbs consistently or drink "couple cups of olive oil" that macro breakdown is like 10,000 cals per day and at ur weight u would be in a 8,000cal plus surplus each day, the worst excuse in the book I've heard 1000times "I'm an ectomorph". Anyone who doesn't take Dylan or any of the respected guys in ef's advice are complete idiots and deserve all the set backs and health issues that will come ur way, have fun bro and stay safe :)
 
i don't see any carbs in your diet and you want to bulk? eat oatmeal and pasta everyday on top of what you already eat and u'll gain weight bro!
I eat a lot of fruits/veggies, consume a lot of maple syrup, use dextrose/maltodextrin powder supplements, and the rest are from my meals

i mean what do i know? ive only been doing this a decade... i only study nutrition on a daily basis...im only a certified nutritionist... i only have a masters degree... i mean, fuck me, how would i know anything about diet? bro, you are completely clueless... your diet is completely off... you are nowhere near ready to be taking steroids... it may not be what you want to hear, but its the truth... you CAN put on much more weight naturally... you need to learn exactly how to eat to do it... and my friend, you just don't know how at this point... its okay but you need to learn that first before anything else...

I have absolutely no doubt that you are very knowledgeable and have helped tons of people with their weight and nutrition. I never said you were wrong. In general, there are usually exceptions to every rule; I am that exception. I know most skinny people can easily bulk up by diet, so you are understandably frustrated but I've got my diet examined by a few nutritionists before and also in public bodybuilding forum. I've tried many bulking 101 guides religiously, but it just doesn't work. I just don't want a Chapter 2 of the same stuff, different day, ya know? I know you have good intentions by trying to help, but bro, it's just one of those things in life where you see something with your own eyes but just can't believe it that some knowledge you've long held is incorrect.

Knowing myself, I normally keep almost all, if not all, of the muscle I gain, cause I do a lot of strenuous heavy resistance exercises along and bodyweight training in gymnastics. I just need the stimulation to increase muscle mass, and I know I can easily retain them once I complete my cycle. I just need a jump start you know ;) cause it's plateau and being an ectomorph along with possibly unfavorable genes certainly doesn't help

Cause olive oil contains a lot of unsaturated fat so I can keep my fat intake high, along with my protein and carbs from other food. I wasn't "giving people education on how to train"; I was merely just stating the reason why I train every other day, because someone suggested I needed to train more often.
 
i would recommend definitely changing your diet up... you need to try different things and drinking olive oil is not going to do it... have you ever looked at big blast and n2bulk? two products that will definitely get you going in the right direction...

Bro, I have no reason to lie. You guys aren't asking me what my pen0r size is or to confess to a crime. Why the heck do I need to lie when lying will not benefit me in any way, shape, or form? Like I stated before, I know exactly where all of you are coming from. I've helped a couple of my skinny ectomorphic friend, including one roommate, by eating a similar diet like mine, and they gained a bunch of weight. The sad thing is that I ate more than them, and I didn't make any progress. And I'm not making any excuses. I always try hard to improve myself, as detailed in my previous posts. And I have no health issues at all nor any medical conditions (that I know of). The only thing about me is that my left eye is a bit slightly nearsighted. The last time I went to my doctor and got blood work done, the only thing "out of range" was my RBC (red blood cell) count, which is higher and the doctor couldn't explain to me why it's a bad thing. I try very hard to take care of my health.

bro i am a person here that truly wants to help everyone and i actually GENUINELY care about all of you guys well being... for me to give you steroid advice would be me contributing to you not doing yourself anything good for you and your well being because your not in the right position to be taking them... im sorry but i personally cant in good conscience do that... i want to help you but in a way that is beneficial to you

I understand. Well, I think I already know the answer to my first two questions based on the research I did, so I will just use that knowledge to start my cycle this week. I just needed a few opinions from experienced people to see if it would coincide with mine. I guess I'll know the answer to the 3rd question once I'm on the cycle lol.

Thanks though. I will probably revisit the diet thing once again and see if perhaps changing food will help. As silly as this sounds, maybe I'm lacking the digestive enzymes to properly digest some food so I'm not getting the nutrients from that specific food, but interchanging food will help? LOL
 
You can't gain a SINGLE pound fat muscle or otherwise yet you're telling me you will keep ALL your gains. You just need the stimulation.. Hang on weren't you preaching about your training before? You're not doing it right so whatever you're doing it's not working
 
Dude, no offense...but I'm sick and tired of seeing posts like this from people that want advice on steroids that have no business taking them. You need to stop making excuses for yourself and why you don't gain weight, and realize that the only answer is FOOD!!

I can almost guaranteed you, that if you run a cycle of any of these that you will not gain anything, and just be shutdown from it. I've said it a thousand times, but if you can't gain weight naturally then you won't gain weight on anabolics either.
