Hi guys.
Starting my 4th cycle, but first run with Deca:
-500 EW Test Prop (have a bunch of leftover Prop, might as well use it here instead of a slow ester anyways and reduce some water retention)
-25 ED Dianabol
-400 EW Deca
Question 1: Is there any value in going above 400 EW on Deca? Is 500 or 600 of any significant benefit? I'm more of the lower-dose-longer-cycle bandwagon personally. Curious on thoughts there.
Question 2: I'm 6'2" 200 pounds Ectomorph NPC physique competitor. Do you think 450 grams ED of Carbs is enough for optimal bulk? More/Less? Trying to determine what the sweet spot is.
