I finally found something that kicked the bad sleeping habit. Ive used it now for a week and the sleep is SO MUCH BETTER. It is BIGELOW brand tea ....called Sweet DReams. It is a "relaxing" herb tea that is a blend of chamomile and hibiscus flower. This, plus 2 ZMA right before bed is great.
My mom told me to drink chamomile if I cant sleep and I said yea whatever, then I got desperate and tried it...and what do I know, mom knows best. :p

One time Mr. B was being a brat, so I went to the store & bought him "fussy Baby Lotion" by Johnson & Johnson ... I think they call it bedtime lotion now ... but the lavender and chamomile ingredients have calming and relaxing properties ... :) or so they say :)

Throw it away, toss it as far away from you as possible!!!! I'm warning you, it's dangerous stuff, it will start calling out to you in the middle of the night, and before you know it, you'll be sitting on the kichen floor in the dark, wondering how come there's only a spoonful left, and your belly feels like it's about to explode!!!!

hahahah tooo funny you guys. Damn, now I GOTTA throw it out....and I thought I can be all rational about it you know, have it around and once in a while kinda "nibble" lol but Now im debating. Im gonna have my roomate lock it up and only let me have it once in a great while LMAO. Damn, what has life come to be? Im at war with the peanutbutter. I think im strong, I can say NO!!!!!

I'll give it a few days and if I see my self thinking about it and it calling my name in the middle of the night, I will have to do something about it LOL.
Afterall, I dont wanna have my roomate lock it up and then later find my self strangling her to let me have it . HAHA

Yeppers they sure are. My fav is when my little one comes and sit right by while eating and ice cream sunday. OY! :worried: It takes everything in my not to take a big bite of it. LOL That and the fact that she wouldn't share. LOL

Sorry I've been neglecting the thread....kind of a hectic (BAD)day. I only have a minute but THE DIET IS in check. Dropped the carbs to 80g today, protein at 200g, fat at 20g(flaxseed and salmon+ some in the protein).
Worked out chest and triceps today...didnt get as tired as I thought(Carb cycling is good so far:) )
Chest:
Flatbench dumbell: 2 30lb dumbels- 4 sets of 12
Incline Dumbell: 2 20lb. dumbels 4 sets of 12
Peckdeck: 60lbsx15, 72lbsx10 3 sets
Triceps: Skullcrushers: 35lbs x 4 sets of 12
Pushdown: 40lbsx10, 30lbsx12 3sets
Dips: 4 sets of 12
I feel tired now. I gotta go eat (4oz. turkey) .... :p
 
Gotta take a rest day....I feel like a LAZY slob . LOL...Might do cardio later.....although I feel really sleepy and tired.

*Gonna bump up the carbs today :) The carb cycle went like this:
1st day at 150g, 2nd day at 100, 3rd and 4th day at 90-80g, back up TODAY at 130g.....(will add in just a large apple and a med. apple plus MORE broccoli)

And I think you ladies are RIGHT by saying that it will motivate me MORE by posting pics as well as keep track of progress....and Im sure you guys are curious about what I look like LOL :qt:

Anyway, I've got a LONG way to go. Ive been lifting for only 6months and Im actually gonna attempt to do a show. Its just amateur but still, its gonna take some major balls. Also, since Ive posted the pix now, I can do it every Monday....to keep track....DaMn I gotta big BUTT!!! LMAO

Girl, I can see some muscle under there! OK, I think you really need to tighten up the diet. If you're trainer has experience in training girls in figure or fitness, listen to him/her. If not - FIND A NEW ONE! I know it's frustrating listening to a trainer and then hearing what we all have to say...but the bottom line is....you HIRED someone to help you achieve a goal. Go with that! .....again....if your trainer has no experience with shows - find a new trainer!

You can do this, Aries! You really need to focus and not let ANYTHING get in your way here! GO DO IT!!!!! :)

its all about the cardio right now and the mucle upkeep. We'll see what happens.....I hope the fat GOES AWAY!!!!AHHHHHHHHHHHH

1:30pm: 1/2c brown rice, 1 can tuna....2tbs FLAXSEED OIL

First time doing squats....YEY finally learned how to do them properly...had major knee injuries when I was younger(gymnastics) so that prevented me from doing them uptill now....they are stronger ----Im so happy....even though the weight is fairly low for now, starting LIGHT!!!

Squats: 65lbsx20, 75lbsx15 x 2
Leg Press: 90lbsx20, 180lbsx15 3 sets
Leg Extensions: 35lbsx10-12 4 sets
Leg Curls: 35lbsx10-12 4 sets
Calf Raises: 30lbsx15(plus 5-10 pumps on the last rep...till it burns me out) 4 sets

Abs: Leg Tucks w. 10lb weight- 3 sets of 20
reverse curl: 3x 20
Regular crunches on bench: 200
Legs 90deg. on bench: 100

Post workout meal: 1 can Tuna 6:30pm

9:30pm: 5oz. chicken breast, tea, and 2 ZMA

I BARELY SLEPT last night.....I think its b.c I stayed over at my b/f's house and he kept tossing/turning ALL night and kept me awake. Lucky ass can sleep through anything. Decided to stay over only on the weekends now.... :(

Yes my trainers knows EVERYTHING that I am doing. My carbs are already LOW enough...so the fruit helps me out a lot. I am supposed to keep the complex carbs lower 1-2 servings/day on low carb day and like 3-4 serving on the upper carb days. (I am doing carb cycling)......overall the breakdown I have is 50-60P/25-35c/10-15F.....what do you suggest I do?

On high carb days I will have anywhere from 150-170g/P, 130g/c....on low days it will be more like 180-205g/P and 75-85g/C

Also, my diet will change pretty soon as I get closer....it will become A LOT more strict

its 9:45...just ate 5oz. turkey breast w. some mustard(no sugar/no carbs...10cal)....bedtime tea, 2 pckts splenda, and finally some SLEEP....

tomorrow is the posing session....I dont like going only b.c I gotta strip and flex my fatty assets...lol...its getting better though ;)

Oh ok I wasn't suggesting you weren't telling them. And what I meant by dropping the fruit was not cutting out that amount of carbs just drop the fruit and replace it with more complex carbs. Alot of people getting ready for shows do not have fruit in their diets, sometimes it helps them drop the weight. Also you are pretty close to your show and diet should be pretty strict right now, and this doesn't mean cutting calories, just better choices in foods.

You look good, but you still have along way to go, I'mm just trying to help you get there, so please don't take offense to anything I'm saying :)

THanks so much for the input.....will DEFINITELY consider it!!!! I think Im also having problems dropping weight b.c Im not taking any fat burners or anything else....Cardio Breeze very rarely I would say....so could you maybe elaborate a little bit more on how you would want me to alter the diet? Instead of the apple here and there add in an extra serving of oatmeal/brown rice????

By the way, NOTHING any of you have ever said offended me...I KNOW THAT ITS ALL IN GOOD INTENTIONS and the kindness of your very well educated minds :)
 
GUess I should start the log for today...Feb.23rd, 2006

Lets see...morning started off with a balance of GOOD and BAD!!! The alarm went off at 6am for the cardio ..didnt hear it...geez..never had this problem before since Im a light sleeper!!! I missed my first class(9:35am)....But I remember getting up at 8am to eat my 1/2c oatmeal w. some splenda and 1scoop protein ..WTF??? Everything is blurry.....LOL BUT the good thing is that I AM SO well rested and I havent been able to say that for quite some time now. Its 11am....about to eat 1can tuna w. green peppers,lil' bit of onions....yummy

My body was in shut down mode but the sleep made up for that. Debating whether I should introduce some caffeine to the diet. I never drank coffee before and Id like to keep it that way but it might have to change pretty soon. Looking forward to cardio today later in the day and then the posing session.

*Shoulders are VERY sore and the legs are killing me from 2 days ago!!!Might have to play the girlfriend-evil-power card and make the boyfriend gimme a massage ...ahh...

The best part is that his sister is a massage therapist who taught him how to get to work lol.....he just left and Im going to the gym right...I feel like a new WOMAN....

Question.....do you(or anyone else) agree with Miss24K that I should drop the fruit and add in a complex carb. Today is my last low carb day before I bump them back up to 130g...right now its at 89g....give or take 1-3 g....??

My trainers told me to use the fruit for now but If something will work better Im all for it!!!
 
just did 1hr cardio ...now Im tired....had the posing session and the competition is FIERCE...starting to get nervous and Im thinking about getting some fat burners into the mix. My trainers are assuring me that my BODY FAT will drop but Im sceptical all of a sudden. I guess everyone has ther good days and their bad days. It sucked seeing my competition on ther way to being ripped up(I know some of the girl use clen and other fat burners) while Im standing there carrying 20lbs on each one of my thighs/ass cheeks. GEEZ

------YES and T-rex sound pretty good right now....will end up ordering the stuff real soon :worried: ------------------

You've been very dedicated, about your BF... just be sure with your trainer about how it will drop so that you don't make it drastically and end up lossing muscle.

On the other hand, I'm assuming that your posing sessions are with other girls...(I wish there were posing sessions like this in my country).. if this is the case, take advantage and pay attention on how more experienced girls do it, how they tense muscles, how they pose their hands, etc... Focus on learning and having the teacher let you know what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong.

Thanks for all the great support girl!!! Im trying hard and working at it. Like Bunny said, the 1st show is ALWAYS a big learning experience. It gets better and easier. Im sure Ill be just fine
 
My life is officially all about the working out and the eating. I went to sleep at 9:30pm on a FRIDAY night. I think I am the only college student in this town who doesnt go out and drink...I feel so great about it!!

If you're sleeping that much, your body must need it! Listen to what your body tells you. Cravings (other than sweets) can also be the body's way of getting what it needs.

I feel your pain girl! I too feel like my life is all about making food, packing food, eating food, cleaning up food and at the gym...very little time for anything else. I was a long distance runner my whole life, training pretty hard, but nothing like this. I now know why bodybuilding is considered a lifestyle rather than just a sport! If you need support please let me know...we are both dieting so I am with you!

I'm in pre-contest mode also, and Aries just so you know it doesn't get easier, lol I'm actually having a much harder time this time around, so believe me when I say I feel your pain :)

I can see from your diet that in the morning after your cardio you take too long to your meal... also from the meal of 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Generally you need to be feeding your muscles around 2:30 to 3 hours, otherwise your body slows your metabolism and you don't take advantage of the diet and therefore workouts. Try to schedule your meals no more than 3 hours, and after your morning cardio take some protein, otherwise your will tend to store fat and loose muscle.

I compared the photos as well. I didn't see a front shot from last week (in your gallery) and no back shot from this week to compare to last, but I can see your back development improving. I can also see the cuts in your thighs & abs starting to tighten, but didn't have a pic to compare to from last week, so I trust if YOU'RE seeing changes in those areas, THAT is what matters most.

You are doing great with the diet & training. Make the adjustments you need to and keep going strong. :rose:

Hey Buns....well as far as the pics go the deal was that my partner and I were supposed to take pics every Mon. to monitor progress. She bailed on me b.c. she says that the pics are making her discouraged(even though she looks WAY better than me :worried: ) Whatever, so I had my roomate take some quick pics for me before she ran out. Ill try to get the WHOLE darn thing next week. Thanks so much for the support!!! :heart:

Hi. I was at the gym between 5 and 7:40....so thats why I ate at 8. I usually try to eat every 2-3hrs.....as far as the protein after cardio...I get 24g protein w. my oatmeal right after....so ????

I totally understand. I just wanted to let you know I AM LOOKING & trying to offer honest criticism & support at the same time. :D

You are very welcome. It's very motivating for me that you are putting your body to the test to be at the best it's going to be, given 8 weeks in time. You train hard, eat well, don't CHEAT, threw out the ANPB and are kicking ass at posing practice.

I am very proud of you. :D

I'm refering to the fact that you wake up at 6:30 and eat until 8:30, in my personal opinion too long from waking up to the first meal is catabolic, resulting in loosing muscle.

It actually is not as bad as the first time I did it. LOL..the first time I would have to keep re-doing it b.c I would get clastrophobic and freak and come up before its time. Also, I get REALLY REALLY dizzy every time I come back up for air. If it wasnt so darn accurate I would prefer not to do it. Its uncomfortable b.c you have to get rid of ALL the air in your lungs and crunch down to fetal position underwater holding on to this little "seat-like" crib that weighs your body. WEIRD

HIgh Carb Day!!!! Feeling better already. Yesterday around 2pm I felt like I was DEAD....it was my 4th day at 80g carbs...Anyway...here's today so far ;)

6:30am: 3 Cardio Breeze
7am: 1hr. Cardio...Interval of stair master and treadmil....
8:30am: 1/2c oatmeal w. 2pckts. splenda, 2TBS sweet potato(mashed with cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup-Thanks Jencats !!!!), 1scoop protein

Im off to class .....

11am: 6egg whites + 1med. apple :p
1:30pm: 1/2c brown rice and 1 can tuna

I dont get nauseus at all. Maybe its b.c I dont take them every day.....I take CB usually like 3 maybe even 4 times a week. Like Mon-Thur....I'll start at 2 and work up to 4....I take a few more only b.c Ive noticed that if I dont add in an extra one I almost crash mid-workout...so I guess you can say I take it for an added *jolt* ;)
I dont get nauseus but after cardio when Im sitting in class I sometimes feel like my heart rate is relatively high for resting and Im also sometimes sweating a little bit. I have noticed that I will burp it up at times when Im running but not nauseus at all.

Although the very first week I started taking it I think I felt sick a few times....I took it with more water and then it went away!

^^ ok this is in reference to taking more than 2 Cardio Breeze, for everyone who's interested ...

I know some people take 3 CB & feel queasy, but do so to give them more *ENERGY*. NORMALLY, for purposes related to feeling the stimulant effects, it is accurate to say that if you feel you need 3 or more caps of cardio breeze, it's probably time to cycle off. Keep in mind, I'm talking about the stim effects NOT the fat burning effects, that is CONSTANT and will be going on whether you 'feel it' or not. That goes for T-Rex as well.

From a previous conversation with a very knowledgable individual these are my findings ... assuming you are using the CB for it's stim properties, alot of people will cycle T-Rex with Cardio Breeze. Now I would never suggest using clen, but for example sake, clen or ECA to cycle with (because they are COMPLETELY different) would be the most beneficial with regards to cycling stims.

Now, the reason the T-Rex would work, although it's very similar to Cardio Breeze in make up, is b/c the T-Rex has yohimbine hcl and synephrine, which would provide additional stim effects, with appetite supression that the CB does not provide.

If you are worried with AM cardio on empty & having to eat a small banana with the T-Rex, I think that Cardio is only an extension of your diet anyway, so if you're diet is spot on, then I don't see it being a HUGE issue, since you're burning off the cals from the 'nana in the session anyway. If your pre comp diet says no fruit, cardio on empty a must or WHATEVER, then suck it up & pump out that cardio without any stims b/c that's what comp prep is all about, pushing yourself to the limit so STFU & Train :velvett:

Hi!I am new and hope no one minds me jumping in here but after reading all the posts,I had a couple tips and since I am one that is out to loose as well,well i hope noone minds..I have to keep my cardio 2x a day at 45 mins..And I notice Aries that cardio is a difficult point for you but here is what I do and of course what works for one doesn't always work for the other,since I work out at home.I use different methods for cardio.If I am tired a day then I walk,still cardio.But I also buy dvds that are fun but will work my butt off.I tried at one time to do the same kind of cardio but to results so I sat down and read up on some different things and thought to myself IF your body can become immune to supplements after awhile,and you will hit a block then the same has to go for training.Or anything else you body gets used to..So,i do something for cardio different everyday.I have a whole collection of The Firm dvd's.Now some think this is easy,wrong!There are ones for step,there is another for all over sculpt and this lady has you doing ,squats,lunges,abs and cardio.So,you get interval.And your body doesnt know what hit it.But it stays fun and your mind does not stay focused on the fact that this is cardio and your tired.But always keep your mind on the muscle you are working,if its glutes then pay close attention to feel that muscle working,put your hand on it to make sure you feel the squeeze.Also,and this is just a suggestion 30 mins before cardio,try maybe half of a protein shake.I know someone else brought that up but didn't see it in your eating plan. The best thing I ever learned was your body needs that fuel..and 30 before and after give your body what it needs.Now,I have seen alot of protein shakes on here,which by theway,I am on a HIGH protein meal,so I know when you say your tired of tuna,lol But I get a shake created by dorian yates called ProMS.It is low fat,low carb and tastes good.I have those 3 times a day But I also add less then half of a banana because I know my potassium levels will drop and with the nanner with with help..Sometimes a reason I can't sleep or cramp up at times. I also down the spinach,3 times a day..Helps a great deal in passing that protein on days,lets just say my system is being stubborn and a high protein diet you will run into that.As I said this is just what works for me and if something in there might help you then great!I give you much props in even getting in shape but more for getting on stage!!! ;)

___AMEN____LOL!!! Thanks so much for the info/input chica!!! Ive been busting my a$$ for a little while now. The protein I have is almost gone..it has 0g fat/sugar by the way...Once the bag is gone Im done with the shake and will eat protein instead. The broccoli helps so MUCH to push all this protein out ..let me tell you...Im regular to the point of 2-3x a day..HAHA :p

I am sweating NON-STOP in a freakin tank top ...Im not trying to get all dehydrated and wear a sweat shirt ..but if I wasnt sweating I probably would. Im dripping in sweat like 10 minutes into the warm up..Everyone is commenting on my body changing, I just dont see it enough just yet. The pictures help out once in a while. Im looking forward to 8 weeks from now, even if the *nervous bug* bites me a little bit harder.

I believe you are going to kick butt and if by a small slim chance the show doen't turn out the way you want,look at it this way,you are in better shape then you were and you have done one thing a good portion of us women would love to try!Your an inspiration and that my love is better than anything in the world!My problem is patience.Looking at myself after a week and I am like I don't see any changes,but I have to make mental note,I didn't gain the weight over night and it surely ain't gonna be coming off that fast either :rolleyes:

I believe you are going to kick butt and if by a small slim chance the show doen't turn out the way you want,look at it this way,you are in better shape then you were and you have done one thing a good portion of us women would love to try!Your an inspiration and that my love is better than anything in the world!My problem is patience.Looking at myself after a week and I am like I don't see any changes,but I have to make mental note,I didn't gain the weight over night and it surely ain't gonna be coming off that fast either :rolleyes:

You girls are all simply just AMAZING!!!!!! My self esteem is getting a LOT better thanks to all of you. The insecurity is being replaced by determination and the will to do this darn thing!!! Thanks so much to all of you and I am honestly so happy that I started this log and have slowly transformed my body with everyones help!!!

----- I feel so GREAT about everything, and today at the Gym my trainers/mentors...who are also sponsoring/judging this show have talked to me and told me that I have made an incredible transformation in the last 5 weeks. I dont know the BF just yet (probably will take a while since they are leaving tomorrow morning for the Arnold classic) but I was told that I have dropped 12lbs. Its not much but its something. Hopefully its all FAT and no muscle was lost, although that is HIGHLY unlikely. My clothes are starting to fit better and the inches are just getting smaller. 8weeks left, 8 weeks left, 8weeks left, 8WEEKS LEFT!!!!!!!---------------

*Going home tonight for the rest of the week. Will be back at school on Sunday. The reason Im goin is b.c spring break I have to stay at school due to training/diet...Will try to be on top of everything the rest of the week. I will be at the Gym and the diet will stay in tact so no worries (I hope ..you never know). I have a comp. at home so I will check in later tomorrow...then I will be more specific in relation to the rest of the week. Since we will be driving for 6hrs. tonight Im unsure as to how the cardio will go tomorrow, it certainly wont happen in the morning since Ill end up sleeping most of the day. I also have a TON of homework and mid terms to get ready for. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!

Aries, if 3 caps is working for you given your current goal, don't change it. I'm posting this as a possible alternative to those looking for one.

Just ONE CB would make my stomach churn....I don't have a weak stomach either....couldn't figure that out, but with a 1/2 an apple I was good to go with no stomach upset whatsoever.

Just for ME....ECA has worked the best. I like the "jolt", get a nice appetite suppressant (sometimes have to force feed), and I get better results with it than with anything else....again, that's just ME though.

As Bunn's said, if what you're doing works for you....keep doing it! :)
 
O man...WHAT A NIGHT. What to say....last night at 9 we got ready to go home. We borrowed a friends car b.c it gets better gas mileage and the drive is like 6hrs. I had the clothes and the food all ready to go, SO EXCITED about going home for the 1st time in forever. Well, the car broke down like 15 min into the trip. YEA I KNOW. We lost $100 for towing...so, I got all disappointed and went back home. Crawled into bed SAD as hell and the boyfriend calls saying that his mom is paying for the train tickets so we can come home and then we'll just take his car back and bring the car next weekend. Anyway, the train was at 3:15am(by the way I havent been up this late in YEARS) but didnt come till 4:30am. The train even broke down for an hour. So, I FINALLY got home at 12:30pm today and thats when I had my meal.

1pm: 1/2c oatmeal, 6egg whites w. green pepper and onion
3:30pm: 1/2c brown rice w/ half cup red kidney beans(8g Protein,20gCarb,1g fat, 120cals)...
6oz. grilled chicken breast with spicy Mrs. Dash and 1TBS olive oil
Off day today ...will try to catch up on sleep....start all over tomorrow!!
 
Allright...IM BACK!

An unexpected DELAY in logging only b.c I went home for the weekend. The diet is STILL ON TRACK!!! My family eats very well and doesnt keep junk around so it wasnt a "cheating" opportunity or anything like that. I personally havent felt like cheating yet only b.c Im seeing results and thats what keeps me going. I VERY MUCH enjoyed going home b.c I had a very clean and great kitchen to cook in. I live in the dorms at school and I have no kitchen(unless I stay at my boyfriends apartment). It was great, I got a TON of Tilapia fish which is 110cal/serving, 1g fat, 36g Protein. I didnt have an opportunity to log in this weekend but I wrote everything down.

Girl.. you are only 20!!! Yeah tell him adios! If he can't hang with you now then personally I would say buh bye! Life goes up and down. Some months the schedule free's up a little more then others... but you are only 20?! I mean your schedule if anything is going to be staying like it is for sometime. You're only 20 not ready to get married (I'm assuming) so don't freak about it. You have a typical schedule. Mine is pretty similar to yours. Up early to bed early. You know what it's hard to think about sex when you have so much stuff to get done... plus on top of it you are feeling bloated and cramped. Yeahhhhh.... I guess just try and let him know you love him and that he has to let you do this right now in your life and you really need him to be supportive. You understand he has needs and that you will try harder to fit them in... but he also has to acknowledge you do have a life. Maybe if he would wake up with you, diet with you, work-out with you, go to bed with you, then he could get more involved with you and then he could get more sex :)

Oh my frickin lord, girl!!!! DO NOT let him suck you into the "guilt factor"!!!!! He's making you feel GUILTY for doing things that MAKE YOU HAPPY!!! So what....you're supposed to put your happiness and needs aside for HIS? I've been in a relationship for 7 years dealing with this shit! Believe me, the neediness DOESN'T change! RUN!!!!! RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!!!!

Believe it or not, I was just saying MY SIDE OF THE STORY as always. Gee I suck as a person. I have the GREATEST guy in the world and he tells me that weird things are going on since I started dieting. All he was saying was that the time I DO SPEND with HIM I am disconnected and dont really pay attention to him. YEa I know, and the more I think about it I realize that he's right. He says he SUPPORTS me with the working out(he was the one that got me into this lifestyle, before I met him my LIfe SUCKED and I was NOT on the right path in life) and understands Im busy but he was talking about when Im with him. He wants me to do well and school and understands that Im busy. And here I GO LOOKING LIKE A GIANT ASS as always. SO much drama for a 20 year old? ??? He felt Unwanted and I feel bad for treating him like crap for a while now but Ive had a LOT Of stuff on my mind lately and I just didnt see it coming. Oh well, I gotta do what I gotta do...I dont want to lose him thats for SURE!

Maybe talk to him and emphasize that you really care for him. Tell him that competition preparation is hard and will get harder the more you get near the competition because of low carbs, hard training, etc. Really this is very common with other girls and boys that compete, it has happened to me too. The outcome will depend on making him feel that you still care, because this is also an important factor for you.

Thanks niKKita :qt: !!!!....God the last few days have been HELL!!!! You know---> between studying and training, DIET, Things going on at home....the boyfriend..Damn I feel like a stressed out little girl.

It will all pass and fall into place. I realize some things need some mending so I'll get to work on that. In the meantime, MY workout partner FLAKED OUT on me!!!!!!!!!!!!

She's discouraged that the CLEN she's been taking is actually making her worse....I kept telling her to get that diet in check and ditch that CRAPPY drug...but she didnt want to listen. ...she's also mad that I've changed A TON in the last 6 weeks.....PICTURES SOON I PROMISE!!!!!O well :evil:
