Could these be abs ?

ok kids. i came out the pool and glanced in the mirror and saw what seemed like a four pack with the sun light gleaming in. or is this my imagination. I can only see it when im breathing in and out. Is this how it starts ? Could them abs possibly be on their way. i have always had the line going down but now i see two new lines going across but only if the sun is coming in the window. Is this how it was for some of u ? time to get my hands on some t3. I have been on ECA yohimburn for cutting, the fina will go from eod to ed this week. i started ed but switched for a couple of days. ALA and Flax seed oil is in there too fyi.
 
Yeah I guess you could say that it's the start of some abs coming in. When I was younger I was obsessed with having a 6 pack and would literally do crunches and sit ups untill I was blue in the face every night. Than of course I would go eat some cereal or pop tarts or Del taco. I had no idea that diet mattered so I would eat like shit and than work out to death thinking I just had bad genetics. Anyways I must of started eating better somewhere along the line because slowly I started seeing abs, but I could only see them at night in my mirror when the light was at a certain angle, etc ( pretty funny looking back now). Anyhow as I progressed farther and farther out of nowhere one morning I had upper abs and I finally had my 6 pack, woohoo. It seriously took me years because of how shitty I ate, but I wouldn't want it any other way because I was a kid and eating shitty is part of being a kid unless your name is fucking Richard Sandrak or whatever that freak is called.
 
Thats good news for me cause i didnt think it was just some shadow in my eye or something. But my diet is clean medium carbs high protein with ginger root. good fats. Thanks for the umphh i needed. Anyone else on this board have this experience when they first saw a shade of abs coming in. and how much longer till u didnt have to squint to see it ? Lets hear some stories man. I need this.
 
I envy you guys!!! I can't wait until I'm where you’re at TTORO. I'm eating clean, using ECA, Yohimburn and starting NYC very soon. I have about an inch of fat around my abs. Just recently I started getting definition on my chest and arms so I know I'm on the right track. I'm also hoping to start an AS cycle soon. Congrats, it’s always good to hear story like yours.
 
I hear u man and i envy those with the veins in the abs. just keep eating right and taking supplements then one day u look in the mirror and whoa whoa whoa what was that. shut that light off i think i saw something. but at least im a little pumped now to give me that push i needed. more cardio and shit. BRING IT !!!
 
i had a somewhat tubby friend who would lie facedown for hours on one of those beach chair/cot thingies. when he got up his stomach fat was sorta molded into cubes. i bet if someone designed a beach lounger chair with an exact six-pack mold, they would make millions.
 
I'm on day 6 of 75 mg tren and my lower abs are staring to crease and pop out veins and I'm eating 4000 calories a day, jesus I love this stuff:D
 
Good luck to you. In order to see abs is there a certain bf% you must be under so i can guesstimate what i am ? I hear u must be under 15 to start seeing something. TRUE ???

it is more a pattern of fat storage than percentage..

there are at least 3 issues

1. IM v. sub Q


some people, especially among some african americans (relating to african ethnicity.. which varies..considerably) who tend to have low sub Q fat levels and high IM fat levels, can have "abs" at very high bodyfat levels.


2. A2 levels and location..

you can have lots of fat in these areas a relatively little elsewhere.. due to the body's enhanced ability to store fat there and to not release it


3. insulin sensitivity (or lack thereof).. often associated with increased abdominal fat. both visceral and sub-q. though this varies..


there are of course other factors but these seem to be the main ones... at least with respect to "when" you will see abs.
