Could taking clen cause a miscarriage?

My girlfriend had a miscarriage, she was like 6 weeks in. She did not know that she had gotten pregnant. She was on clen and had been for about 2 weeks. Could taking clen have any type of effect on a 6 week pregnancy or any type of effect that would cause a miscarriage? She thinks that she killed the baby by taking clen. Her grandma and aunt both had miscarriages there first time.

How did she find out she was pregnant?

Via miscarriage or test?

I only ask because of time frames you stated.
