Could only one cycle give you gyno this bad?

If untreated, one cycle could definitely do this. No ai on cycle would begin the symptoms by allowing high estrogen to exist in the body. Then, a crap pct (or no pct) would easily allow a large amount of estrogen rebound or a continuation of high estro levels from the cycle. Letting the high estrogen levels go over time will create tissue and masses under the breasts, like in the picture you posted. That is probably beyond the help of letro or any gyno killing protocol. That needs to be cut out

Probably a few factors. I doubt that just appeared after one cycle.
We also need to keep in mind that there are MANY MANY things that
can cause gyno besides AAS.

Ironically, I have worked with bodybuilders who have gyno 5x worse . Gynecomastia is serious and should never be allowed to go that far, especially with easy access to letrozole these days.
