True, I don't own furniture, would you like to know why? Because I don't own a home or condo. I don't want to buy anything too permanent.

I also don't drive an expensve car, its a 1999 and long paid for.

I don't have expensive tastes in general, I bank over 50% of my gross pay and have a variety of investments that gain in value year or year.
