could i have an infection?

ok guys heres the scenario. i'm currently in my 4th wk of cycle. 800mg/test enethate and 500mg eq a week. spit up between to shots a week monday and thursday, 3cc's a shot. every injection has been painless except for the one on thursday. when i woke up on friday i had a little pain but nothing uncomfortable or anything like that, but when i woke up on saturday the fucking pain was all but unbearable. it is now monday and site where injected still has knot and is red and feels like its giving of heat. if this an infection will it go away in time or is something that i'll want to seek medical attention with.
oh and yes i did properly sterilize pin and rubber stopper on bottle and injection spot.

Well, it sounds like it may be infected and it will not go away on it's own. You need to go see a doc. I have had a couple shots in my delts that have hurt pretty bad the next day but not to bad that I can't move it or anything and it has never been swollen. The heat and swollen redness is a bad sign. Do you your self have a fever? A lot of the time when your body fights off an infection your body temperature will rise.

If you feel heat in the area, then it is more than likely an infection. Examine the area good to look ho large the redness is...give it another day if you can bare the pain and see if the red area is larger. If so, then it IS an infection.

just remember, if your Doc does not know that you juice and you don't want to tell him, there are always thousands of ways that you could have gotten a punture wound around the house that makes complete since and there are no questions ask other than maybe "are you sure you got it all out?"

I have a similar problem. I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Last night I injected 2ccs of Test E in my glute by the following morning there was a knot and a slight redness around the injection site and warm to the touch. Does an infection develop that quickly. I feel fine, no fever or sickness. There is pain but its not unbearable. I gave it a poke to see what came out(sterile needle) and there was blood but it didnt seem discolored. It does make you worry a bit but it developed so quickly. It hasnt even been 24hrs yet. Should I head to the doctor? If this is something, Id like to nip this sucker in the bud before it develops into something serious. Any help would be appreciated

why not play it safe, see a doc. When I went through the same thing, I wasn't sure about whether it was an infection or not, I stuck a pin in my delt and drew back some pus, off to the doc I went immediately. I'm not suggesting you stick yourself, it's just what i did. I told the doc I injected with a B12 shot.

my ass hurts all week after an injection. I wouldn't worry unless there is a rash or a huge lump. Fever's seem to come around from Eq.

You ok. No infection develops that fast. It will go away. Just give it a day or so.

redness and heat seem mean possible infection. we cant tell you for sure. go see a doctor if it does not get better. Dont wait too long
