I've heard it is necrosis of lung tissue but that could be a bro-myth. Also, I haven't heard of it happening when pinning primo but everyone is different

I think sometimes it comes from knicking a vein or injecting into a vein.
A remedy I have found to avoid it is a slow injection.

i believe it is injecting into a vein.

stay away from muscles that are vein heavy. the delts and the pecs are the best places to inject tren because its almost impossible to hit a vein

easiest injection to do if you are right handed is going into your left pec.. you just look down and go in there.. zero pain.. you aren't gonna hit the heart lol, it would take a 5 inch needle breaking the breast plate like in pulp fiction, not gonna happen

Yes pec is not bad, tris are the bitch ones. I stick to glute, thigh, delt, chest, bis....plenty of options.
