Cottage Cheese Recipes

Bros,
I need help. Cottage cheese taste horrible. I'm downing 32oz of cottage cheese a day to help meet my 350g of daily protein intake. I like whole foods, so no shakes for me.

Right now, i'm chowing down this cottage cheese with 4 saltine crackers as a chaser.

Any bros have any good low calorie cottage cheese recipes??
 
not much you can do with cottage cheese. ever consider liquid egg whites, its near the egg beaters and regular eggs in the grocrey store. just drink them, or mix with juice.

first off you best try and find some low sodium cottage cheese if your eating that much....but i like to mix protein powder and peanuts or almond and peanut butter with it....taste too good almost makes me feel guilty.
 
Try different brands. Some are aweful, others are delicious. Go with 2%, not fat-free and not 4%. It's good with chopped salted tomatoes, on top of cooked pierogies, or plain. Lucerne is a great brand which is the label used by Dominicks/Safeway grocers. Believe me dude, I would never be able to eat Breakstones, it's disgusting. Lucernce 2% I can eat the whole 32 oz container plain in one sitting (over 100g protein) it is so good.
 
Bros, thanks for the advice. I'm going to mix in some peanut butter with my next batch in another 2 hours.
I eat the 2% knudsen cottage cheese. tastes like shit. knudsen cottage cheese has 440mg of sodium...I know a little on the high side.

Add some sunflower seeds seriously. Another thing is try draining and rinsing it, chop up some tomatoes and add some pepper.
 
get some canned sweet fruit and use that

Its not perfect, but makse cottage cheese alot more fun and is a reasonable healthy option, And VERY conveniant

Chunk pineapple, unsweetened in Pineapple juice is my favorite.
 
well i just ate 2 cups of cottage cheese with about 1 cup of almonds and raspberry jam and then 3 rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly on it.....i am so mad that i ate that....just blew the rip process......fucker!!!!

but if your bulking try that....sure to satisfy your hunger, make you feel sick and add inches to your waist...plus you'll/i'll spend the next day shittingmy brains out.....
 
1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups skim milk, 25gr Chocolate Whey, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, add 1 cup non fat cottage cheese (I use Knudsen) and 1 banana, mix and serve.
 
cottage cheese with tuna and pepper, monster protien snack, then some cottage cheese and canned fruit, drown it in the fruit juice if you cant stand the taste of the cheese
 
i have tuna and cottage cheese with a bit of pineapple on the cottage cheese and some tomatos for salad.
 
If you aren't concerned with your simple sugar intake, get the cottage cheese with cut up pineapples and/or cherries
 
Why not switch to egg whites, or other lean sources of meat like chicken, lean steak, tuna, salmon, etc. I would go for a shake - maybe throw in a couple scoops of prot powder, some rolled oats, a few strawberries and a little skim milk into a blender and bam, even if it tastes bad you can get it down.
 
I've made a dip with it before that rocks. Chop up some grilled chicken and fresh tomatoes and add them to the cottage cheese. Dump maybe a 1/4 bottle of cholula, and you're set. I put it on whole grain crackers. Wasa are my favorite brand for this.
 
#2 for blending it, make sure it's cold pressed sodium free and not the shit they sell in tubs.

blend it up with eggs and some ubersweet whey to make it halfway palatable then chug

You stole my advice! This is what I do and I enjoy it. I have also heard of some people mixing some sugar free jello crystals in it to give it some flavor. Sounds good but I have never tried it (yet).
 
Dude I eat 64 oz a day every day to help me out. I usually eat half at a time. I mix
1 teaspoon of power butter
1/2 cup raw oats
and a few teaspoons of yogart
