Damn, it's tasty and makes a good between meals snack.
If you have a can opener, then you're in business. It opens just like a tuna can,is the same size as a tuna can and has about 20 - 40 more caloreis per can than tuna. It's precooked, just like tuna.The_first_athlete said:Whats the cost/protein ratio compared to the $1 per 37g grams of pro found in a can of tuna.
How does it come? Microwave ready, or raw, how?
How easy would it be to prepare it if raw. Salmon is mighty fine but Im not a fan of maiking any meal that takes longer than 7min
sawastea said:It's roughly $6.99/6 so it is a good deal. It is the Kirkland brand and it rocks, as mentioned. A little meal I made, which was damn good:
1 can
1 egg
4 egg whites
1 tsp olive oil

Get a pan and throw 1 egg in there (use PAM/olive oil). Then get 4-5 more eggs and only drop the egg whites in there. Use your hand/big spoon/whatever to grab the yolk so it doesn't go in the pan. Once you're done, put it on top of the salmon and voila, a protein packed meal with healthy fats
