Cost of HGH with script from a US pharmacy?

Hey so hypothetically speaking, let's say a US resident with health insurance has a condition where a doctor agrees it would be beneficial for a patient to take some HGH. Let's say about 2 ius a day (or so, for recovery from an injury). Health insurance won't pay for it.

Do pharmacies generally stock HGH? How much would one expect it to cost without insurance? Would mail order be an option?

Any other thoughts are appreciated on this purely hypothetical thought experiment.

Yes they do at CVS and each 3 vial kit of 10 IU per vial was around $330 the brand was Humatrope by Eli Lilly

Cool, so that's $330 for 30 ius, that's a 15-day supply at 2ius per day. So we're talking $660 per month. Thanks.
