Cosmetic eye surgery

My girlfriend has had some thyroid problems the past couple of years and her eyes have went from very young and smooth, to older and more tired looking (her words). Are there any procedures, laser maybe, to help them get back to "normal"? Do any of you have any experience with anything similar? Thanks

I don't know of any surgeries for that. That doesn't mean they don't exist.
