Cortisone & AAS - probs?

I am in my 7th week of EQ (500mg) / Enan (500 mg). I developed bursitis in my right shoulder. My doc gave me a cortisone injection directly into my bursa. She told me I should stay out of the gym for at least 7-10 days. I told her there was no way I would do that because I would go stir crazy. She then told me to lay off a minimum of 48-72 hours because of the cort. It increases the likelihood of muscle tears and can break down muscle integrity. However, the injection was in my bursa, not my delt.

Any probs continuing my cycle and my workouts? Should I lay out of the gym a few days, or just avoid any heavy overhead presses?
 
a direct effect no..unless your injecting in your delt..i would stay away from that.

It does effect the flexability and brittleness of tendons and muscle integraty.
Your only alowed 3 shot per year because of this.

What happens is the gear as you know makes your muscles stronger the your tendons and also makes the muscle denser. It makes it alot easier for your muscles explosive force to over power your tendons and cause a tare.

I had someone come in recently who was using prop tren and gh. He tore is CPL( it attaches your quad heads to the outside or your knee) 100% of the insersion point..it caused his knee cap and this quads to slinky 3 inches up this thigh. It also shredded the bottom of his quad heads.

damn thats gotta hurt (lefthand)......to the bro who wrote the original thread, concentrate on the wheels hardcore for the week (one HEAVY day one light day spaced a good bit apart) then come back and get into the normal routine....
