cortisol blockers

Sorry to sound like an idiot, but I've never heard of Cytadren, Remeron. can you tell me a little more about them. are they prescription, over the counter; how much do you have to take; how do they work - stuff like that. I konw clen is a cutting drug that speeds up your metabolism.

thanks a lot!

God - every time I hear cortisol, I think of this stupid commercial for a product called "cortislim". The product looks like a total scam. It is supposed to block cortisol production and is endorsed by a "doctor" (not a medical doctor - a Phd - SURE BS giveaway there). I wish those commercials would die already.

newpump lol that is what I meant. The stuff realy works, I have seen the results with my own eyes. I know it sounds like a scam but i assure you that stuff does a good job.

One of the few supplements out there that can truly blunt cortisol is phosphatidylserine. But you need the proper amounts, and they are exceedingly higher than the doses that are sold in pill form. Your best bet is to go somewhere like kilosports and get a kg. of it in powder form. There's a lot of science behind it, and the shit does work. Very pricey stuff, but has an anti-catabolic effect about 5 times as effective as high dose glutamine.

They are both prescription drugs. Hard to find from online sources. Remeron is a antidepresant. Not sure about cytadren.

Another problem with cytadren is it stops production not only of cortisol, but testosterone, estrogen, etc. I did not know phosphatidylserine could block cortisol, I'll have to look into this.

Besides anabolic steroids, are there any substances that effectively stop, block, or reduce cortisol production?

Cytadren is the only FDA approved medication that has studies backing up it's cortisol-blocking mechanism of action.

It's prescribed for Cushing's Syndrome.

Hope this helps.
