you can put something together workout wise so i can keep my gains?

legs, abs, roman chairs

Should I eat everything in site, bulk up even with putting on some fat?

alright - I know you have legs covered and abs...there ARE some upper body exercises you can do:

Shrugs on a calf raise machine - get in and simply shrug the weight up

laterals with a cable and a single handle (stirrup) handle....if you can, slip hand thru and simply let the cuff rest abour the wrist on the forearm...same with forn and rears

Chest - find a pec dec that allows you to rest the entire forearm on the pads...you xab angle elbows and get a good range of motion

...bis and tris - not much you can do.

Weight......I would use this time to cut as much as possible...if you pile on the weight now it might not be pretty, although if you keep the intensity on the legs high you might be ok

HI, what about getting a bad ass pair of wrist wraps and just letting them hold the weight? That way you wouldn't have to grip the bar.

....you still have to be able to grip the bar...and you do mean straps tight?

could you use the hooks to to do exercises like dead lifts and such? and possibly pulldowns? or would that be too much pressure if it was strictly the wrsist holding the weight?

I don't see anyway as the hand will be in a cast....or at least the broken fingers will be

You are going to have screws and pins holding your fingers together. The last thing that you are going to want to do is try lifting with that arm.

Yes, I did mean wrist straps. What I was thinking was instead of just twisting and tightening the strip, loop it back through so the bar is in kind of a wrist wrap sleeve.

I was in a similar situation last spring, couldn't use my other arm due to a tricep injury. I did legs using machines, abs, calves, light GM's...pretty much no upper body lifting. The thing is I decided to eat A LOT, which was a bad decision. I had been dieting for 8 weeks (6 weeks left) when I got injured so was getting pretty cut. Then within 6 weeks I was a fat slob. It was mostly depression and eating helped it some :( Just don't get depressed and keep diet in check.
